Guillermo Franco

Guillermo Franco is the founder of Community Capital Link Corporation and works closely with Rise Community Capital. His 30 year career has been devoted to community and economic development finance. Guillermo was previously with The Richman Group and was previously a Director with Citigroup’s Community Capital Group and President of the Citibank NMTC Corporation, its CDE. Prior to joining Citigroup, Mr. Franco held positions with the community development finance groups at Deutsche Bank and Chase Bank. Guillermo has served on a number of non-profit boards and advisory committees including the Local Initiative Support Corporation’s Loan Advisory Committee, Bethex Federal Credit Union Board of Directors and Downtown Art Board of Directors, and the Massachusetts Housing Investment Corporation, (“MHIC”) a private lender and investor specializing in the financing of affordable housing and community development throughout Massachusetts.
