Gloria is the Co-Founder of Rise Community Capital and is responsible for managing all of Rise’s activities including business development, transactional work, client management, talent recruitment, and financial management activities of the company.
Jenny O’Connor
Jenny O’Connor supports Rise Community Capital through project engagement with CDE and project sponsor client as well as with strategic initiatives.
Guillermo Franco
Guillermo is the founder of Community Capital Link Corporation and works closely with Rise Community Capital. His 30 year career has been devoted to community and economic development finance.
Steve Kunin
Steve Kunin is the Co-Founder of Rise Community Capital where he brings an expertise in combining numerous public, private, market-rate and socially-motivated capital sources in order to secure the most flexible financing for clients and sponsors. Steve has structured and deployed nearly $1 Billion in capital utilizing market rate debt and equity, historic tax credits, new markets tax credit and by working with economic targeted capital providers.
Joy Krimmel
Joy Krimmel supports Rise Community Capital on project engagements for both real estate sponsor clients and CDE clients. She brings a mix of accounting, finance, real estate development and non-profit management experience.
